WORK DESCRIPTION: Remove components of the existing elevator system and furnish and install a new elevator system including elevator cab, elevator machine room components, elevator doors, sump pit, elevator headhouse, lighting, communication system, safety systems, alarms, etc. Removal of the existing cell level storage room wall and door and furnish and install new walls and door to accommodate the new elevator machine room and communications closet. Construction of the cast-in place concrete pit slab and new cast-in place concrete slab on the roof. Waterproofing, Caulking, Steel and concrete reinforcement.
